Join me every Monday at Carondelet Yoga Center for an hour of Soundscapes. Bring a mat, pillow, blanket, journal, or anything else to help you get comfortable. Then relax while I curate a live electric soundbath with my guitar, select effects, and various other instruments. Walk ins are always welcome!

Tailored to your intentions, this session will immerse you in live sound with grounding touch. The session will start with intention/goal setting, as we move into a guided meditation grounding you into your body. Next, you will receive 90 min. of massage with energy medicine and aromatherapy. During the sound immersion, you will be serenaded by the ambient sounds of the guitar and ukulele. You will receive a bio tuning with the tuning forks and we will end the session with journaling integration and tea. Come immerse yourself in the power of touch with vibration.
